Refund Policy

When you contract a service from Pixeko Web Design we will do our best to provide you a website that you are happy with and are sure will work for your business. Our service is divided into three sections:

  • Consultancy
  • Development
  • Support

While we are in the consultancy phase you can pull out at any point and you will not be charged. However, once we have entered into the development phase refunds cannot be issued. This is because we will have already begun the substantial undertaking of developing your site. Before we enter into the development phase we will have agreed a price, raised and settled an invoice for some or all of the total cost of your project.

Your first years hosting and support is provided as part of the intial quote. Each subsequent years hosting cost between £50 and £100 depending on the nature of your site. If you wish to cancel your hosting at any point our billing system will be updated to reflect that you should not be billed on your next hosting due date. If you cancel your hosting you are still entitled to the remainder of the hosting period you have paid for. If you wish to cancel your hosting immediately partial refunds cannot be given for time not used. If you no longer wish to host your site with us but would like to continue using it with another hosting provider we can help you transfer or backup your site for a nominal fee.
